  • Access conditions differ (e.g., stairs, parking issues)

  • Additional services are required

We aim to provide transparent pricing with no hidden charges.


3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking and may require:

  • Full payment upon completion, or

  • A deposit for larger jobs

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Loss or damage during transport within agreed terms

We are not responsible for:

  • Items not properly packed by the customer

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings with prior notice. Cancellation policies may include:

  • No charge for cancellations within an agreed timeframe

  • A fee for last-minute cancellations

7. Delays

While we aim to provide timely services, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors. We will keep you informed in such cases.

We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or dangerous items, including:
